Dudhwala Jamat Vadodara does not dispatch or ship any physical goods. All services provided through this platform are strictly for online event hall bookings. Booking confirmations, receipts, and communication are delivered electronically via email or SMS only. No courier service, logistics, or parcel delivery is applicable. Customers are expected to visit the hall physically on the booked date and time. For any booking or payment-related assistance, please contact the hall administration.

The lift in the kitchen is to be used only for carrying goods up and down. No person is allowed to go in the lift, with or without goods, and no one should stand under the lift or close to it, as there is a serious risk of accident and loss of life. For any such injury or accident, the institution or trust will not be responsible, and small children must be kept completely away from the lift. Through this warning notice, every person booking the hotel building is being informed of this in writing and is requested to take careful note of it.

રસોડામાં આવેલ લિફ્ટનો ઉપયોગ માત્ર સામાન ઉપર-નીચે લેવા-જવા માટે જ કરવો. કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિએ, સામાન સાથે કે વગર સામાન, લિફ્ટમાં જવું નહિ અને લિફ્ટની નીચે અથવા તેની બહુ નજીક ઊભા પણ રહેવું નહિ, કારણ કે આમ કરવાથી અકસ્માત અને જાનહાનીનો ગંભીર ભય રહે છે. આવા કોઈપણ ઈજા કે અકસ્માત માટે સંસ્થા અથવા ટ્રસ્ટ જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં અને નાનાં બાળકોને લિફ્ટથી સંપૂર્ણ રીતે દૂર રાખવાના રહેશે. આ ચેતવણી સૂચના દ્વારા હોલ બુક કરાવનાર દરેક વ્યક્તિને લેખિતરૂપે જાણ કરવામાં આવે છે તથા આ બાબતનો ખાસ ધ્યાને લેવાની વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે.

During any public function or any other program in the hall, no person is allowed to drink alcohol or use any kind of stove or similar appliance. Inside the hall, no one may interfere with the fixed electrical wiring or gas line. If decorative lights or gas equipment are run on a 15-volt battery or other separate supply, there is a risk of fire and danger to life and property. The full responsibility for this will lie with the person who has booked the hall, and all arrangements and precautions must be taken by them at their own risk.

હોલમાં કોઈપણ જાહેર કાર્યક્રમ અથવા અન્ય કોઈ કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન હોલમાં કોઈ વ્યક્તિને દારૂ પીવાની કે કોઈપણ પ્રકારના સ્ટોવ અથવા સમાન સાધનનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની મંજૂરી નથી. હોલની અંદર ફિક્સ ઇલેક્ટ્રિકલ વાયરીંગ અથવા ગેસ લાઇનમાં કોઈપણ જાતની છેડછાડ કરી શકાશે નહીં. જો સજાવટી લાઇટ્સ અથવા ગેસ સાધનો 15 વોલ્ટ બેટરી અથવા અન્ય અલગ પુરવઠા પરથી ચલાવવામાં આવે, તો આગ લાગવાની અને જાનમાલને નુકસાન થવાની શક્યતા રહે છે. તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિની રહેશે અને બધી વ્યવસ્થા તેમજ જરૂરી તકેદારી તે પોતાનાં જોખમે રાખવાની રહેશે.

Through this notice, every person booking the hall is being informed of this in writing. For any incident, the institution/trust will not be held responsible. Therefore, anyone booking the hall is requested to take careful note of this.

આ સૂચના દ્વારા હોલ બુક કરનાર દરેક વ્યક્તિને આ બાબતની લેખિત જાણ કરવામાં આવે છે. કોઈપણ ઘટના બને તો તેની જવાબદારી સંસ્થા/ટ્રસ્ટ પર રહેશે નહીં. તેથી હોલ બુક કરનાર દરેક વ્યક્તિને આ બાબતનો ખાસ ધ્યાનમાં લેવા વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે.

As per the above instructions no. (1) and no. (2), the full responsibility for any police complaint or case will lie with the person who has booked the hall. This should be taken serious note of.All the rules and instructions of the hall have been made for the welfare of us all and of the community, so they must be followed and any kind of argument or objection should be avoided.

ઉપરોક્ત સૂચના નં. (૧) અને નં. (૨) મુજબ પોલીસ ફરિયાદ કે કેસ વગેરેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિની રહેશે. આ બાબતને ખાસ ગંભીરતાથી ધ્યાનમાં લેવાની રહેશે. હોલના તમામ નિયમો અને સૂચનાઓ આપણાં સર્વનાં તથા સમાજના હિત માટે બનાવવામાં આવ્યા છે, તેથી તેમનું પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે અને કોઈપણ પ્રકારના તર્ક-વિતર્ક અથવા વાંધા લેવાથી દૂર રહેવું જોઈએ.

In case of any unforeseen circumstances, natural calamity or emergency, the final decision will remain with the hall. If additional items are required, other than the same items as in the hall, the customer will have to make arrangements. It is strictly forbidden to break the band's rules, disrupt the band's activities, or consume alcohol in the hall. If anyone acts against the rules, the hall will be vacated immediately. If the whole booking is for one party, then there will be no function for the other party. Or if you cook food and send it to the other party, here it is.

કોઈ અણધારી પરિસ્થિતિ, કુદરતી આપત્તિ અથવા ઇમરજન્સીની સ્થિતિમાં અંતિમ નિર્ણય હોલનો જ માન્ય રહેશે. હોલમાં જે સામાન ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તે સિવાય જો અન્ય વધારાની વસ્તુઓની જરૂર પડે, તો તેની સંપૂર્ણ વ્યવસ્થા ગ્રાહકે પોતે જ કરવી પડશે. બેન્ડના નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરવું, બેન્ડના કાર્યક્રમમાં ભંગ પેદા કરવો અથવા હોલમાં દારૂ પીવું કડક મનાઈ છે. જો કોઈ વ્યક્તિ નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરશે, તો હોલ તાત્કાલિક ખાલી કરાવવામાં આવશે. જો કોઈ એક જ પક્ષ માટે સંપૂર્ણ બુકિંગ કરવામાં આવ્યું હોય, તો બીજા પક્ષ માટે કોઈપણ કાર્યક્રમ રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં. તેમજ અહીં ભોજન બનાવીને બીજી પાર્ટીમાં મોકલવું પણ મનાઈ છે.

Those who booked hall function will also of their. If you violate the rules, money will be deducted from the deposit. In the evening, hall cleaning at 7.00 pm, massage and kitchen cleaning at 4.00 pm. Morning cleaning of hall 12.00 pm, kitchen and kitchen 6.30 am. The final decision will rest with the Board of Trustees.

હોલ બુક કરનારોએ પોતાના કાર્યક્રમ માટે પણ સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી લેવાની રહેશે. જો કોઈ નિયમોનો ભંગ કરશે તો ડિપોઝિટમાં જમા કરેલી રકમમાંથી કપાત કરવામાં આવશે. સાંજે હોલની સફાઈ 7:00 વાગ્યે અને મેસ તથા રસોડાની સફાઈ 4:00 વાગ્યે કરવામાં આવશે. હોલની સફાઈ બપોરે 12:00 વાગ્યે અને મેસ તથા રસોડાની સફાઈ સવારે 6:30 વાગ્યે કરવામાં આવશે. અંતિમ નિર્ણય ટ્રસ્ટીઓની બોર્ડનો જ માન્ય રહેશે.

The judicial process will be subject to Vadodara. For full day bookings, 1 time will clean the hall. The stage and decoration in the hall will have to be constructed and opened within the given time.

કોઈપણ ન્યાયકિય કાર્યવાહી માટે અધિકારક્ષેત્ર વડોદરા રહેશે. પૂર્ણ દિવસની બુકિંગ માટે હોલની સફાઈ એક વખત કરવામાં આવશે. હોલમાં મંચ અને સજાવટ નક્કી કરાયેલા સમયમાં જ તૈયાર કરવાની અને કાઢી લેવાની રહેશે.

It is necessary to take permission from the Jamaat to hold a program in the hall as per the rules of the Jamaat. The organization will not be held responsible for any kind of misunderstanding or dispute. No person can hold any kind of program in the hall without the permission of the Jamaat. If any program is held against the rules, the hall will be vacated immediately. As per the rules for the use of the hall, it will be mandatory to pay the required amount for booking the hall.  The deposit amount will not be refunded on cancellation of the booking.

જમાતના નિયમો મુજબ હોલમાં કાર્યક્રમ રાખવા માટે જમાત પાસેથી પરવાનગી લેવાં જરૂરી છે. કોઈપણ જાતની ગેરસમજ અથવા વિવાદ માટે સંસ્થાને જવાબદાર ઠેરવી શકાશે નહીં. જમાતની પરવાનગી વિના કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ હોલમાં કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો કાર્યક્રમ રાખી શકશે નહીં. જો નિયમોના વિરુદ્ધ કોઈ કાર્યક્રમ રાખવામાં આવશે તો હોલ તરત જ ખાલી કરાવવામાં આવશે. હોલના ઉપયોગ માટે બનાવાયેલા નિયમો મુજબ હોલ બુકિંગ માટે જરૂરી રકમ ચૂકવવી ફરજિયાત રહેશે. . બુકિંગ રદ કરવામાં આવે તો ડિપોઝિટની રકમ પરત આપવામાં નહીં આવે.

If any damage is caused to the hall and its property during the use of the hall, it will be the full responsibility of the customer. The value of the damage will be deducted from the deposit or additional compensation will be recovered. It is mandatory to keep the hall clean after the program is completed. If cleaning is not done, the deposit will be deducted.

હોલના ઉપયોગ દરમિયાન હોલ તથા તેની મિલકતને કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું નુકસાન પહોંચશે તો તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની રહેશે. થયેલા નુકસાનની કીમત ડિપોઝિટમાંથી કપાશે અથવા વધારું વળતર વસૂલ કરવામાં આવશે. કાર્યક્રમ પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ હોલ સ્વચ્છ રાખવો ફરજિયાત છે. જો સફાઈ કરવામાં નહીં આવે તો ડિપોઝિટમાંથી કપાત કરવામાં આવશે.

Alcohol, gambling, tobacco or anti-religious activities are strictly prohibited. If such activities are caught, the hall will be closed immediately and the deposit will be canceled.The customer should have their own insurance coverage for any kind of emergency (fire, electric, water, etc.). The hall will not be held responsible.

દારૂ, જુગાર, તમાકુ અથવા ધર્મવિરોધી કોઈપણ પ્રવૃત્તિ કડક મનાઈ છે. આવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરતી વ્યક્તિ ઝડપાશે તો હોલ તરત જ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવશે અને ડિપોઝિટ રદ ગણાશે. કોઈપણ પ્રકારની ઇમરજન્સી (આગ, ઇલેક્ટ્રિક, પાણી વગેરે) માટે ગ્રાહકે પોતાનું વીમા કવરેજ રાખવું જરૂરી છે. હોલ તેની કોઈ જવાબદારી સ્વીકારશે નહીં.

The hall will be opened and closed only as per the time fixed by the Jamaat for stage and decoration. It is mandatory for the brother who books the hall to register his information - name, address, mobile number, etc. correctly.

મંચ અને સજાવટ માટે જમાત દ્વારા નક્કી કરેલા સમય મુજબ જ હોલ ખોલવામાં અને બંધ કરવામાં આવશે. હોલ બુક કરનાર ભાઈએ પોતાનું નામ, સરનામું, મોબાઇલ નંબર વગેરે માહિતી સાચી રીતે નોંધાવવી ફરજિયાત છે.

Morning hall timings will be from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Evening timings will be from 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The hall will be closed after 11:00 pm. 50% advance payment is mandatory to book the hall. Advance payment will not be refunded after cancellation of booking. If any vandalism occurs during the use of the hall, the customer will be responsible. Alcohol, gambling, cigarettes, tobacco are prohibited in the hall.

સવારના હોલના ટાઈમિંગ્સ સવારે 7:00 વાગ્યાથી 3:30 pm વાગ્યા સુધી રહેશે. સાંજના ટાઈમિંગ્સ 4:30 વાગ્યાથી 10:30 pm વાગ્યા સુધી રહેશે. રાત્રે 11:00 વાગ્યા પછી હોલ બંધ કરવામાં આવશે. હોલ બુક કરવા માટે  એડવાન્સ પેમેન્ટ ફરજિયાત છે. બુકિંગ રદ કરવામાં આવશે તો એડવાન્સ પેમેન્ટ પરત આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. હોલના ઉપયોગ દરમિયાન કોઈ તોડફોડ થશે તો તેની જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની રહેશે. હોલમાં દારૂ, જુગાર, સિગારેટ અને તમાકુ નો ઉપયોગ મનાઈ છે.

Use of mic and sound system in the hall as per the rules.It is mandatory to follow the rules for parking outside the hall. Any political or religious program is prohibited inside or outside the hall. The program will be running under the hall's camera (CCTV), so it is mandatory to maintain disciplined behavior.It is mandatory to use the hall's washroom and kitchen in a hygienic manner.Do not waste water in the hall's washroom. All payments for hall bookings will be accepted only through cheques or online transactions in the name of the Jamaat.

હોલમાં માઇક અને સાઉન્ડ સિસ્ટમનો ઉપયોગ જમાત/હોલના નક્કી કરેલા નિયમો મુજબ જ કરવો રહેશે. હોલની બહાર વાહન પાર્કિંગ માટે બનાવવામાં આવેલા તમામ નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે. હોલની અંદર કે બહાર કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો રાજકીય અથવા ધાર્મિક કાર્યક્રમ રાખવો કડક મનાઈ છે. કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન હોલમાં લગાવવામાં આવેલા કેમેરા (CCTV) દ્વારા દેખરેખ રહેશે, તેથી દરેકે શિસ્તબદ્ધ વર્તન રાખવું અનિવાર્ય છે. હોલના વોશરૂમ અને રસોડાનો ઉપયોગ સ્વચ્છ અને સ્વાસ્થ્યપ્રદ રીતે કરવો ફરજિયાત છે અને વોશરૂમમાં પાણીનો બગાડ ન કરવો. હોલ બુકિંગની બધી ચુકવણીઓ માત્ર જમાતના નામે ચેક અથવા ઓનલાઈન ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન મારફતે જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.

The hall will be cleaned once, after which the customer will be responsible for the waste. Use the lift only for goods. Personal use is prohibited. If there is an accident in the lift, it will be the responsibility of the customer. Refund deposit will be returned by check within a week after paying the bill. If there is damage to the hall's items or building, its amount will be deducted from the deposit or an additional payment will have to be made. Improper use of alcohol, gambling, tobacco, and microphones is prohibited inside the hall. Do not allow another party or function to take place during one party. It is mandatory to have the information of the person booking the hall in full in the Jamaat's records. The final decision will be taken by the Board of Trustees. If there is a dispute, the court process will be under Vadodara. Follow fire safety rules during an emergency in the hall. For full day bookings, the hall will be cleaned only once.

હોલની એક વખત સફાઈ કરવામાં આવશે, ત્યાર બાદની સફાઈ અને કચરાની જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની રહેશે. લિફ્ટનો ઉપયોગ માત્ર સામાન લાવવા-લેવા માટે જ કરવો, વ્યક્તિગત ઉપયોગ કડક મનાઈ છે અને લિફ્ટમાં કોઈ અકસ્માત થાય તો તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની રહેશે. બિલની સંપૂર્ણ ચુકવણી થયા પછી એક અઠવાડિયા અંદર રીફંડ ડિપોઝિટ ચેક દ્વારા પરત કરવામાં આવશે. હોલની વસ્તુઓ અથવા ઈમારતને કોઈ નુકસાન થશે તો તેની રકમ ડિપોઝિટમાંથી કપાશે અથવા વધારું વળતર ચૂકવવું પડશે. હોલની અંદર દારૂ, જુગાર, તમાકુ તથા માઇકનો ગેરવપરાશ કડક મનાઈ છે. એક પાર્ટી અથવા કાર્યક્રમ ચાલી રહ્યો હોય ત્યારે બીજી કોઈ પાર્ટી અથવા ફંક્શનને હોલમાં રાખવાની મંજૂરી નહીં હોય. હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિની સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી (નામ, સરનામું, મોબાઇલ નંબર વગેરે) જમાતના રેકોર્ડમાં નોંધાવવી ફરજિયાત છે. અંતિમ નિર્ણય ટ્રસ્ટીઓની બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવામાં આવશે અને કોઈ વિવાદ ઊભો થાય તો કોર્ટની કાર્યવાહી માટે અધિકારક્ષેત્ર વડોદરા રહેશે. હોલમાં કોઈ ઇમરજન્સી સમયે ફાયર સેફ્ટીના તમામ નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે. ફુલ ડે બુકિંગ માટે હોલની સફાઈ માત્ર એક જ વખત કરવામાં આવશે.

Morning hall timings will be from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. One hour before the daytime hall timing ends, the 3:00 p.m. 'clean hall' report will be submitted. After that, at 4:00 p.m., the power supply (lights) will automatically shut down through the system.

સવાર ના હોલ નો સમય સવારે 7.00 am વાગ્યા થી બપોરે 03.30 pm સુધી નો રહેશે.દિવસના હોલ નો સમય પૂર્ણ થવા ના એક કલાક પહેલા ૩–૦૦ કલાક નો ક્લીન હોલ હસ્તર અહેવાલ કરવામાં આવશે.ત્યાર પછી ૪–૦૦ કલાક પાચર સપ્લાય (લાઈટ) ઑટોમેટિક સિસ્ટમ બંધ થઈ જશે.રાત્રે 11:00 વાગ્યા પછી લાઈટ્સ અથવા સાઉન્ડનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની મંજૂરી નહીં હોય. આ સમય પછી કોઈ વિલંબ મંજૂર નહીં હોય અને રાત્રે 11:00 વાગ્યા પછી હોલ સંપૂર્ણપણે ખાલી રાખવો ફરજિયાત છે.

The hall will be cleaned only during 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If the hall is not vacated within the given time, or the cleaning is not done properly, then a fine of ₹3000 (three thousand rupees) will be charged. It is strictly prohibited to throw leftover food, tea, cold drinks, or any other waste outside the hall. If this rule is broken, an additional fine of ₹3000 will be charged. Use of loud crackers, and other loud items is completely prohibited. CCTV cameras are installed around the hall and in the nearby shop area.

હોલની સફાઈ માત્ર બપોરે 3:00 વાગ્યાથી સાંજે 7:00 વાગ્યા સુધી જ કરવામાં આવશે. જો હોલ નક્કી કરેલા સમય મુજબ ખાલી ન કરવામાં આવે અથવા યોગ્ય રીતે સફાઈ ન કરવામાં આવે, તો ₹3000 (ત્રણ હજાર રૂપિયા)નો દંડ વસૂલ કરવામાં આવશે. હોલની બહાર બાકી રહેલો ખોરાક, ચા, કોલ્ડ ડ્રિંક અથવા કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો કચરો ફેંકવો કડક મનાઈ છે.
આ નિયમનો ભંગ થાય તો વધારાનો ₹3000નો દંડ વસૂલ કરવામાં આવશે. મોટા ફટાકડા અથવા કોઈપણ પ્રકારની ઊંચા અવાજવાળી વસ્તુઓનો ઉપયોગ સંપૂર્ણપણે મનાઈ છે. હોલની આસપાસ અને નજીકની દુકાનોના વિસ્તારમાં CCTV કેમેરા લગાવવામાં આવ્યા છે.

The hall management will not be responsible for any jewelry, cash, valuable items, or vehicle of any person. The person booking the hall will be fully responsible for their own belongings. As per fire department rules, 4–5 fire extinguishers must be kept in working condition. For drinking water arrangements, the person who books the hall will need to arrange it himself. The hall will not be responsible for it. Organizing political meetings or religious program in the hall premises is not allowed. If any such activity is done without permission, the hall will be immediately closed and the person responsible will face legal action. If there is any misunderstanding in the basement area, the hall management will not be responsible. 

હોલ મેનેજમેન્ટ કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિના દાગીના, રોકડ રકમ, કિંમતી વસ્તુઓ અથવા વાહન માટે જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં. હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિ પોતાની તમામ વસ્તુઓ માટે સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદાર રહેશે. ફાયર વિભાગના નિયમો મુજબ 4–5 ફાયર એક્સ્ટિંગ્વિશર કાર્યરત સ્થિતિમાં રાખવા ફરજિયાત છે. પીવાના પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિએ પોતે જ કરવી પડશે. આ બાબતમાં હોલ કોઈ જવાબદારી લેશે નહીં. હોલના પરિસરમાં રાજકીય મીટીંગ અથવા ધાર્મિક કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન કરવું મનાઈ છે. જો કોઈ વ્યક્તિ પરવાનગી વિના આવા કાર્યક્રમો કરશે, તો હોલ તરત જ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવશે અને જવાબદાર વ્યક્તિ સામે કાનૂની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે. સંબંધિત કોઈ ગેરસમજ થાય તો હોલ મેનેજમેન્ટ જવાબદાર નહીં રહે. 

If there is any dispute between the customer and the food contractor, the hall management will not be responsible. Use of external loudspeakers, microphones, or musical sound instruments is prohibited. If a fire occurs due to this, the person booking the hall will be fully responsible. For family programmes, the hall can be booked for only one family / one party at a time. During that time, no other programme will be given space. Cooking in the hall or inside the hall premises is strictly prohibited. Food must be prepared only at the place fixed by the hall. For full-day bookings, the food will be allowed to be served only once. If extra time or extra serving is required, extra charges will apply.

ગ્રાહક અને ફૂડ કોન્ટ્રાક્ટર વચ્ચે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો વિવાદ થાય તો તેની જવાબદારી હોલ મેનેજમેન્ટની રહેશે નહીં. હોલની બહારના લાઉડસ્પીકર, માઇક્રોફોન અથવા સંગીતના સાધનોનો ઉપયોગ મનાઈ છે જો આ કારણે આગ જેવી ઘટના બને તો તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિની રહેશે. ફેમિલી કાર્યક્રમો માટે હોલ એક સમયે માત્ર એક જ પરિવાર/એક જ પાર્ટીને આપવામાં આવશે. તે સમય દરમિયાન બીજા કોઈ કાર્યક્રમને જગ્યા આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. હોલની અંદર અથવા હોલના પરિસરમાં રસોઈ બનાવવી સંપૂર્ણપણે મનાઈ છે. ભોજન માત્ર હોલ દ્વારા નક્કી કરાયેલા સ્થળે જ બનાવવું રહેશે. ફુલ-ડે બુકિંગ માટે ભોજન માત્ર એક જ વખત પીરસવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે. જો વધારાનો સમય અથવા વધારાનું પીરસવું જરૂરી હોય તો વધારાની રકમ વસૂલ કરવામાં આવશે.

In case of any unexpected situation, natural calamity, or emergency, the final decision will remain with the hall management. If the items provided by the hall (steel plates, utensils, etc.) are damaged, lost, or not returned, the charges will be deducted from the deposit. If any rule is broken, the hall management reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately and vacate the hall.

કોઈપણ અણધારી પરિસ્થિતિ, કુદરતી આફત અથવા ઇમરજન્સીમાં અંતિમ નિર્ણય હોલ મેનેજમેન્ટનો જ માન્ય રહેશે. હોલ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી વસ્તુઓ (સ્ટીલની થાળીઓ, વાસણો વગેરે) જો નુકસાન પામે, ખોવાઈ જાય અથવા પરત ન કરવામાં આવે, તો તેની રકમ ડિપોઝિટમાંથી કપાશે. જો કોઈ નિયમનો ભંગ કરવામાં આવશે, તો હોલ મેનેજમેન્ટને બુકિંગ તરત જ રદ કરવાની અને હોલ ખાલી કરાવવાની સંપૂર્ણ હકદારી રહેશે.

All payments related to hall booking must be made only through cheque or online payment in the name of the Jamaat. Cash will not be accepted. The deposit amount will be refunded within one week through cheque only, after all hall dues are cleared. Any kind of legal dispute will fall under Vadodara jurisdiction only. Full details of the person booking the hall (name, address, mobile number, etc.) must be recorded in the Jamaat register.

હોલ બુકિંગ સંબંધિત તમામ ચુકવણીઓ માત્ર જમાતના નામે ચેક અથવા ઓનલાઈન પેમેન્ટ દ્વારા જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. રોકડ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં. હોલની બાકી તમામ રકમ ચૂકવ્યા બાદ ડિપોઝિટની રકમ એક અઠવાડિયામાં માત્ર ચેક દ્વારા જ પરત કરવામાં આવશે. હોલ બુકિંગ સંબંધિત કોઈપણ કાનૂની વિવાદ ઊભો થાય તો તેનું અધિકારક્ષેત્ર માત્ર વડોદરા રહેશે. હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિની સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી (નામ, સરનામું, મોબાઇલ નંબર વગેરે) જમાતના રજીસ્ટરમાં નોંધાવવી ફરજિયાત રહેશે.

The responsibility for cleaning up after use will lie with the person who has booked the hall. If they do not do the cleaning, then the cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit, and no dispute regarding this will be entertained.

વાસણોની સફાઈ કરી પરત આપવાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી બુકિંગ કરનારની રહેશે. જો વાસણોની સફાઈ કરીને પરત નહીં આપવામાં આવે, તો સફાઈના ખર્ચા ડિપોઝિટમાંથી કાપવામાં આવશે અને આ બાબતે કોઈ પ્રકારનો તકરીર/વિવાદ માન્ય ગણવામાં આવશે નહીં.

We collect the following categories of personal information when you book or use Dudhwala Hall: Identity details: Full name, address, and contact number provided at the time of booking. Transaction details: Payment receipts, booking amounts, deposit details, and refund information.

દુધવાળા હોલ બુક કરતી વખતે અથવા તેનો ઉપયોગ કરતી વખતે અમે નીચે મુજબની વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી એકત્રિત કરીએ છીએ:

ઓળખ સંબંધી વિગતો: બુકિંગ સમયે આપેલ તમારું સંપૂર્ણ નામ, સરનામું અને સંપર્ક નંબર.

Morning hall timing will be from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 noon. For day-time / full-day bookings, the hall timing will be from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and after 11:00 p.m. the hall will be closed.

સવારના હોલનો સમય સવારે 6:00 વાગ્યાથી બપોરે ૧૨:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી રહેશે. દિવસના / ફુલ-ડે બુકિંગ માટે હોલનો સમય બપોરે 4:00 વાગ્યાથી સાંજે 10:30 વાગ્યા સુધી રહેશે અને રાત્રે ૧૧:૦૦ વાગ્યા પછી હોલ બંધ રહેશે.

For evening program, hall timing will be from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.. After that time, the hall must be vacated. After 11:00 p.m. no light, sound or any program will be allowed.

રાત્રીના કાર્યક્રમો માટે હોલનો સમય સાંજે ૪:૦૦ વાગ્યાથી રાત્રે ૧૦:૩૦ વાગ્યા સુધી રહેશે. તે સમય પછી હોલ ખાલી કરવો ફરજિયાત રહેશે. રાત્રે ૧૧:૦૦ વાગ્યા પછી કોઈ લાઈટ, સાઉન્ડ અથવા કોઈપણ કાર્યક્રમને મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

For marriage functions, the hall must be cleared within 3–4 hours after the function finishes.

લગ્ન સમારંભ માટે, કાર્યક્રમ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી ૩–૪ કલાકની અંદર હોલ સંપૂર્ણ રીતે ખાલી કરવો ફરજિયાત રહેશે.

If the hall is not vacated within the fixed time, or if the hall is not cleaned properly, then a fine of Rs. 3,000 will be recovered from the customer in addition to the hall charge. For any loss or damage caused to the hall or its items, no further program will be allowed and the person concerned will be held completely responsible.

જો નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલા સમયમાં હોલ ખાલી કરવામાં નહીં આવે અથવા હોલ યોગ્ય રીતે સાફ ન કરવામાં આવે, તો હોલ ચાર્જ સિવાય રૂ. ૩,૦૦૦નો દંડ ગ્રાહક પાસેથી વસૂલવામાં આવશે. હોલ અથવા હોલની કોઈ પણ વસ્તુને નુકસાન કે હાનિ થશે તો આગળ કોઈપણ કાર્યક્રમને મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં અને સંબંધિત વ્યક્તિને સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદાર માનવામાં આવશે.

Throwing food waste, tea, cold drinks or any other waste outside the hall is strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, then a fine of Rs. 3,000 will be recovered from the customer in addition to the hall charge.

હોલની બહાર ખોરાકનો કચરો, ચા, કોલ્ડ ડ્રિન્ક્સ અથવા અન્ય કોઈપણ કચરો ફેંકવું કડક મનાઈ છે. આ નિયમનો ભંગ થશે તો હોલ ચાર્જ સિવાય રૂ. ૩,૦૦૦ નો દંડ ગ્રાહક પાસેથી વસૂલવામાં આવશે.

The use of loud crackers, loud speakers, tea-stalls etc. in front of the hall or around the mosque area is not allowed. The entire area is under CCTV camera surveillance; if any such activity is seen, then appropriate action will be taken.

હોલની સામે અથવા મસ્જિદની આસપાસ ભારે ફટાકડા ફોડવા, લાઉડ સ્પીકર મુકવા, ચા-સ્ટૉલ વગેરે રાખવાની મંજૂરી નથી. સમગ્ર વિસ્તાર CCTV કેમેરા હેઠળ છે; જો આવી કોઈ હરકત નજરે પડશે તો યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.

The hall management will not be responsible for any goods, jewelry , vehicles or other valuables of the customer. The customer has to take care of them at his/her own risk.

હોલ મેનેજમેન્ટ ગ્રાહકના કોઈપણ સામાન, દાગીના, વાહન અથવા અન્ય કિંમતી વસ્તુઓ માટે જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં. તેની કાળજી રાખવાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની પોતની રહેશે.

As per the rules of the fire department, it is compulsory to keep 4–5 fire extinguishers in working condition. Drinking water for the program and for guests will have to be arranged by the customer himself.

ફાયર વિભાગના નિયમો અનુસાર ૪–૫ ફાયર એક્સટિંગ્વિશર કામ કરવાની સ્થિતિમાં રાખવું ફરજિયાત છે. કાર્યક્રમ અને મહેમાનો માટેના પીવાના પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા ગ્રાહકે પોતે જ કરવી રહેશે.

For any kind of political meeting, rally or program, it is strictly prohibited to use the hall or Jamaat premises. If such a program is organized without permission, the hall will be closed immediately and legal action will be taken.

કોઈપણ પ્રકારની રાજકીય મીટિંગ, રેલી અથવા કાર્યક્રમ માટે હોલ અથવા જમાતની જગ્યા ઉપયોગમાં લેવી કડક મનાઈ છે. આવી કોઈ યોજનાઓ બિનપરવાનગીથી કરવામાં આવશે તો હોલ તરત જ બંધ કરી દેવાશે અને કાયદાકીય કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.

For every program, the responsibility of all food items and groceries provided by the hotel/restaurant will remain fully with the person who has booked the hall. It is strictly prohibited to cook or prepare food inside the hall premises. After paying the hall rent, the person booking the hall will not be given any hotel food items or groceries to take outside.

દરેક કાર્યક્રમ માટે હોટેલ/રેસ્ટોરન્ટ તરફથી પૂરા પાડવામાં આવતા તમામ ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો અને કરિયાણાની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિની જ રહેશે. હોલના પરિસરમાં રસોઈ કરવી અથવા ખાવાનું તૈયાર કરવું કડક મનાઈ છે. હોલનું ભાડું ચૂકવી દીધા પછી હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિને હોટેલનો કોઈપણ ખોરાક અથવા કરિયાણા બહાર લઇ જવા માટે આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

After paying the hall rent, the person booking the hall will not be given any hotel food items or groceries to take outside. In case of any misunderstanding, the hall rent will not be refunded. The hall rent will be ₹________ and the deposit will be ₹________.Electrical appliances such as light meters, loudspeakers, mics, or any loud sound–producing devices cannot be used inside the hall. If used, extra charges will be applied.

હોલનું ભાડું ચૂકવી દીધા પછી હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિને હોટેલનો કોઈપણ ખોરાક અથવા કરિયાણાનો સામાન બહાર લઈ જવા માટે આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. કોઈપણ પ્રકારની ગેરસમજની સ્થિતિમાં હોલનું ભાડું પરત આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. હોલનું ભાડું ₹________ અને જામીન રકમ ₹________ રહેશે. હોલની અંદર લાઇટ મીટર, લાઉડસ્પીકર, માઈક અથવા કોઈપણ ઊંચો અવાજ પેદા કરનાર ઇલેક્ટ્રિક સાધનોનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકાશે નહીં. જો આવા સાધનોનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવશે તો તેના માટે વધારાનો ચાર્જ લાગુ પડશે.

Plastic plates, plastic glasses, plates, bowls, or disposable items are not allowed inside the hall. Only steel plates and steel glasses will be provided by the hall, and extra charges for them will apply.The light meter must be turned on before use and must be turned off after the program. Any misuse will be chargeable.

પ્લાસ્ટિકની થાળીઓ, પ્લાસ્ટિકના ગ્લાસ, થાળીઓ, વાટકાં અથવા અન્ય કોઈ પણ ડિસ્પોઝેબલ વસ્તુઓ હોલની અંદર રાખવી / વાપરવી માન્ય નથી. હોલ તરફથી ફક્ત સ્ટીલની થાળીઓ અને સ્ટીલના ગ્લાસ ઉપલબ્ધ થશે અને તેના માટે વધારાનો ચાર્જ લાગુ પડશે.લાઈટ મીટરનો ઉપયોગ કરતા પહેલાં તેને ચાલુ કરવું અને કાર્યક્રમ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી તેને બંધ કરવું ફરજિયાત છે. તેનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો ગેરવપરાશ થશે તો તે માટે ચાર્જ લેવામાં આવશે.

If any loss or damage occurs due to negligence, the hall management will not be responsible. The person booking the hall will be fully responsible and will have to pay for the damage.If the rules are violated, as per the legal policy, the trust will not accept any responsibility. No security will be provided, and the person will remain responsible for their own safety.

બેદરકારીના કારણે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું નુકસાન અથવા હાનિ થશે તો તેની જવાબદારી હોલ મેનેજમેન્ટની રહેશે નહીં. હોલ બુક કરનાર વ્યક્તિ સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદાર રહેશે અને થયેલ નુકસાનની ભરપાઈ કરવી ફરજિયાત રહેશે. જો નિયમોનો ભંગ કરવામાં આવશે તો કાયદાકીય નીતિ મુજબ ટ્રસ્ટ કોઈપણ જવાબદારી સ્વીકારશે નહીં. કોઈપણ પ્રકારની સુરક્ષાની વ્યવસ્થા આપવામાં આવશે નહીં અને વ્યક્તિ પોતાની સુરક્ષા માટે પોતે જ સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદાર રહેશે.

After receiving the hall rent, the hall rent will not be refunded under any circumstances. If there is any damage to the hall property during the hall rent, it will be the responsibility of the customer. Use lights, fans, microphones, loudspeakers, etc. with restraint. Smoking, tobacco, alcohol, etc. are prohibited inside or outside the hall. The brother booking the hall should make the booking only after reading and understanding every rule. It is prohibited to take any key or item out of the hall. It is prohibited to hold any kind of political or controversial programs in the hall. Immediate cleaning after use is mandatory for the cleanliness of the hall.

હોલનું ભાડું એક વાર મેળવી લીધા પછી કોઈપણ પરિસ્થિતિમાં તે ભાડું પરત આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. હોલ ભાડે રાખવાના સમય દરમ્યાન હોલની મિલ્કતને કોઈપણ પ્રકારની હાનિ અથવા નુકસાન થશે તો તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની રહેશે. લાઈટ, પંખા, માઇક્રોફોન, લાઉડસ્પીકર વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ સંયમપૂર્વક કરવો. હોલની અંદર અથવા બહાર ધુમ્રપાન, તમાકુ, દારૂ વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ કડક મનાઈ છે. હોલ બુક કરનાર ભાઈએ દરેક નિયમ સારી રીતે વાંચી અને સમજીને જ બુકિંગ કરવું. હોલમાંથી કોઈપણ ચાવી અથવા વસ્તુ બહાર લઈ જવી મનાઈ છે. હોલમાં કોઈપણ પ્રકારના રાજકીય અથવા વિવાદાસ્પદ કાર્યક્રમો રાખવા મનાઈ છે. હોલની સફાઈ માટે ઉપયોગ થયા પછી તરત જ સફાઈ કરવી ફરજિયાત છે.

The morning hall timings will be from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. The evening timings will be from 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm. The hall will be closed after 11:00 pm. It is mandatory to pay 50% advance to book the hall. The advance amount will not be refunded after the booking is cancelled. If any vandalism occurs during the use of the hall, the customer will be responsible. Drinking alcohol, gambling, cigarettes, tobacco is prohibited in the hall.

સવારના હોલનો સમય સવારે ૬:૦૦ વાગ્યાથી બપોરે ૪:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી રહેશે. સાંજનો સમય સાંજે ૪:૦૦ વાગ્યાથી રાત્રે ૧૦:૩૦ વાગ્યા સુધી રહેશે. રાત્રે ૧૧:૦૦ વાગ્યા પછી હોલ બંધ રહેશે. હોલ બુક કરવા માટે ૫૦% એડવાન્સ ચૂકવવું ફરજિયાત છે. બુકિંગ રદ્દ થયાં પછી એડવાન્સ રકમ પરત આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. હોલના ઉપયોગ દરમ્યાન કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની તોડફોડ થશે તો તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની રહેશે. હોલમાં દારૂ પીવું, જુગાર રમવો, સિગારેટ, તમાકુ વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ કરવો કડક મનાઈ છે.

Use of mic and sound system in the hall as per the rules. It is mandatory to follow the rules for parking outside the hall. It is prohibited to hold any political or religious program inside or outside the hall. The program will be running under the hall's camera (CCTV), so it is mandatory to maintain disciplined behavior.

હોલમાં માઇક અને સાઉન્ડ સિસ્ટમનો ઉપયોગ નક્કી કરાયેલા નિયમો મુજબ જ કરવાનું રહેશે. હોલની બહાર પાર્કિંગ માટે નક્કી કરેલા નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે. હોલની અંદર અથવા બહાર કોઈપણ રાજકીય અથવા ધાર્મિક કાર્યક્રમ રાખવો મનાઈ છે. કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન હોલ હંમેશાં કેમેરા (CCTV) હેઠળ રહેશે, તેથી શિસ્તબદ્ધ વર્તન રાખવું ફરજિયાત છે.

It is mandatory to use the hall's washroom and kitchen in a hygienic manner. Do not waste water in the hall's washroom. All payments for hall bookings will be accepted only through cheques or online transactions in the name of the Jamaat.

હોલના વોશરૂમ અને રસોડાનો ઉપયોગ સ્વચ્છ અને સ્વાસ્થ્યને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને કરવો ફરજિયાત છે. હોલના વોશરૂમમાં પાણી બગાડવું નહીં. હોલ બુકિંગના બધા જ પેમેન્ટ ફક્ત “જમાત”ના નામે ચેક અથવા ઑનલાઇન ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન દ્વારા જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.
